Afterward, several attendees hopped across the parking lot to 2Johns for dinner where they ran into Upper Crust's Rand and Nancy Killgore, of Haynesville. The Killgores, who prepare HID Cotillion's royal dinner, are now catering as far afield as Atlanta. Eatery owner John Montelepre recommended the famous Copper River wild salmon which was seared to perfection. If you are a salmon fan, better scurry over to 2 John's soon for Montelepre said it is only available here for about three weeks.
